BOSTON, October 17, 2023 – Riverside Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm focused on investing in lower middle market technology and healthcare companies, is pleased to announce that Jeff Goodman has joined its technology investment team as a Principal.
Mr. Goodman brings more than 12 years of private equity and investment banking experience to Riverside Partners. Most recently, he served as a Principal at H.I.G. Capital, where he focused on private equity investments in the technology and healthcare sectors. Previously, Jeff was an Associate at Waud Capital, where he focused on private equity investments in the business services and healthcare sectors. He started his career with Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Mergers & Acquisitions investment banking division.

Mr. Goodman received an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, cum laude, from Harvard College.
