Ian brings more than 14 years of private equity and strategy consulting experience to the Riverside team, which he joined in 2010 as a Principal.
Prior Experience
Prior to joining Riverside, Ian was a Partner at Fidelity Equity Partners, a Fidelity-sponsored middle market growth buyout fund focused on investments in information, software, and technology-enabled services businesses. Before joining Fidelity, Ian was a principal in the North American Private Equity Group of Bain Capital, where he he focused on investments in technology, media and consumer retail. Prior to Bain Capital, Ian was a consultant at Bain & Company, a global strategy consulting firm.
Education
Ian holds an A.B., summa cum laude, from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
Personal
Ian is married and has three children. He and his family live in the greater Boston area.
