Current Role
Karen Clark brings more than 25 years of experience to Riverside, which she joined in 2008 as an Operating Partner.
Prior Experience
Most recently, she was the VP-Finance for the $1B Biosciences Group of Fisher Scientific. Previously, she was the CFO for two public companies: Capstone Turbine Corporation, a $20M alternate energy technology company, and PacifiCorp, a $5B electric utility. Karen has also held financial leadership roles at Tektronix - a technology products company, Precision Castparts Corp - a manufacturer of metal products and components, The Coleman Company and Sunbeam Corporation - consumer products companies. Additionally, she served as a CPA and a CMA in the consulting and auditing practices of Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
Education
Karen has a B.S. in Accounting from Montana State University.
