Current Role
Max Osofsky brings more than 7 years of private equity and strategy consulting experience to the Riverside team, which he joined in 2008 as a Vice President.
Prior Experience
Prior to joining Riverside, Max was a Vice President at Summit Partners, a private equity and venture capital firm that has raised more than $11 billion of capital, where he focused on middle-market investments in the technology and healthcare sectors. Prior to Summit Partners, Mr. Osofsky spent 5 years at Bain & Company, a global strategy consulting firm.
Education
Max holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics, summa cum laude, from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
