Mr. Belluck has 17 years of experience working with and investing in lower middle market companies at Riverside Partners, where he has been a General Partner since 1992. Mr. Belluck serves as a member of the board of directors of NDS Surgical Imaging, Quantum Medical Imaging, Rudolph Technologies, SIXNET, BarrierSafe Solutions, Applied Precision, Source Technologies, and the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. Prior to Riverside, he worked at Monitor Group, a business strategy consulting firm. He is also a member of the board of directors of the Kingsley Montessori School and serves as Chair of the school's Capital Campaign. Mr. Belluck holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, magna cum laude, from Harvard College, and a Master of Business Administration, with distinction, from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Lemelman has more than 13 years of experience in private equity, technology, and financial services. He joined Riverside in early 2004. Previously, Mr. Lemelman worked at Fidelity Strategic Investments, the private equity division of Fidelity Investments, where he worked on investments in the software, manufacturing and healthcare industries. Prior to Fidelity, he was the Director of Business Development at Reciprocal, Inc., an enterprise software company that was acquired by Microsoft in 2001. From 1995 to 1999, Mr. Lemelman was a Vice President in Fidelity's Institutional Sales group. Mr. Lemelman holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, with distinction, from Emory University and a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Kaplan brings more than 25 years of private equity, strategy consulting and operating experience to the Riverside team. Prior to joining Riverside, Mr. Kaplan was a Managing Director of Audax Group, a private equity and venture capital firm with more than $1 billion in investment funds, and prior to that an Operating Partner at Texas Pacific Group. Mr. Kaplan’s operating experience includes serving as President of Harris Graphics, a $450 million printing press manufacturer, Executive Vice President and CFO of The Coleman Company, a $1.2 billion manufacturer of outdoor recreation equipment and of AM International, a $1.2 billion graphic arts equipment and supplies manufacturer. Mr. Kaplan began his career in strategy consulting and was a Partner at The Boston Consulting Group. Mr. Kaplan holds Bachelors degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and in Management Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as well as a Masters degree in Management from MIT.

Mr. Borden serves on the boards of J-Pac, Quantum Medical Imaging and NDS Surgical Imaging. He previously worked at Oxford Bioscience Partners, a leading life science venture capital firm. Mr. Borden began his investment career at Frazier Healthcare Ventures in Seattle and also gained experience in healthcare corporate finance while working at Dain Rauscher Wessels. Mr. Borden holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Cell and Molecular Biology from Duke University, with honors, and a Master in Business Administration from Harvard Business School, where he graduated with highest distinction as a Baker Scholar.

Ms. Clark brings more than 25 years of experience to Riverside. Most recently, she was the VP-Finance for the $1B Biosciences Group of Fisher Scientific. Previously, she was the CFO for two public companies: Capstone Turbine Corporation, a $20M alternate energy technology company, and PacifiCorp, a $5B electric utility. Ms. Clark has also held financial leadership roles at Tektronix - a technology products company, Precision Castparts Corp - a manufacturer of metal products and components, The Coleman Company and Sunbeam Corporation - consumer products companies. Additionally, she served as a CPA and a CMA in the consulting and auditing practices of Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Ms. Clark has a B.S. in Accounting from Montana State University.

Mr. Berry brings more than 35 years of operating experience to Riverside, which he joined in 2002 as an Operating Partner. He currently serves as Executive Vice President of Applied Precision, and is also a member of the board of directors of Rudolph Technologies and Applied Precision. Prior to joining Riverside, Mr. Berry was President and Chief Operating Officer at Ultratech Stepper, Inc. (NASDAQ:UTEK), a manufacturer of semiconductor equipment. Before that, he was Director of International Operations at General Signal Corporation and Director of Marketing with Perkin Elmer Corporation (NYSE:PKI), both leading suppliers of semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Mr. Berry began his career at Bell Laboratories. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Polytechnic University, in Brooklyn, NY. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn.

He currently serves on the board of directors at Applied Precision, SIXNET, Quantum Medical Imaging and NDS Surgical Imaging. Previously, Mr. Kaufman was President and CEO, and earlier COO, of Avici Systems Inc. (NASDAQ:AVCI), a telecommunications equipment company. Prior to Avici, he worked at Lucent Technologies (now Alcatel-Lucent (NYSE:ALU)), most recently serving as President of the Multiservice Core Networks division, a $2 billion business. He was also Vice President and General Manager of Lucent's core switching business (formerly Cascade Communications) and General Manager in Lucent's microelectronics group (now LSI Corporation (NYSE:LSI)). Additionally, Mr. Kaufman worked for Intel Corporation (NASDAQ:INTC) in various marketing management roles on the Pentium processor product family. He serves on the boards of the Massachusetts High Technology Council, the Massachusetts Network Communications Council, and One Laptop per Child. Mr. Kaufman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, magna cum laude, from Brown University, a Master of Business Administration degree, with distinction, from Harvard Business School, and a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Stanford University. He holds 7 U.S. patents in the field of communications.

Previously, Mr. Rogers served as President and CEO of Wells Lamont Corporation, the world's leading privately owned manufacturer of leather and textile gloves. Prior to that, he was Executive Vice President and General Manager of Tarkett, Inc., a Swedish flooring company and Vice President of Marketing at Champion International Corporation (now International Paper Corporation (NYSE:IP)). He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, summa cum laude, from Boston University.

Mr. Sullivan has more than 14 years of experience in accounting and finance. He joined Riverside in early 2006. Previously, Mr. Sullivan was a Senior Controller at Thomas H. Lee Partners, a Boston based private equity firm. Prior to this, he was the Director of Finance for Exa Corporation, a venture backed company which develops and markets fluid flow simulation software. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the firm’s audit practice. Mr. Sullivan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Columbia University and a Master of Science in Accounting from Northeastern University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Peix has more than four years experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Riverside Partners, Mr. Peix spent over two years working for General Electric Commercial Finance, first in the Financial Management Program and then as an analyst for the Global Sponsor Finance group, which provides debt to support middle market, private equity backed transactions. Prior to his role at General Electric, Mr. Peix worked with UBS Financial Services in their wealth management practice. Mr. Peix holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Classical Civilization from Boston University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with the highest distinction.

Ms. Kim joined Riverside Partners in February 2007 as an Associate. Prior to joining Riverside, Ms. Kim spent two years at Credit Suisse in their New York office as an Analyst in Equity Research. At Credit Suisse, she covered the following markets: Automobiles & Components and Industrial Machinery, Environmental Services, and Engineering & Construction. Ms. Kim is a Level III candidate for the CFA program, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the Johns Hopkins University, where she was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa honor society.

Uttam joined Riverside Partners as an Associate in August 2007. He supports the Principals and Partners of the firm with all aspects of the deal process from due-diligence through deal structuring and post-investment portfolio management. Prior to joining Riverside, Uttam was a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group for three years, where he worked on developing solutions for key strategic and operational challenges faced by clients in biotech, medical devices and pharmaceutical industries. Previously, he was a Senior Analyst at The RISConsulting Group where he was responsible for designing and implementing large-scale financial risk measurement models in the aircraft-financing market. Uttam has a Certificate in Financial Technology from the MIT Sloan School of Management, Masters in Chemical Engineering Practice from MIT and a Bachelors in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay. In his spare time, Uttam enjoys playing cricket, swimming and sailing, and being in the company of his friends.

Prior to joining Riverside, John was an investment professional with Corinthian Capital Group, a New York-based middle-market private equity firm focused on investments in manufacturing, distribution, business services and consumer products. Previously, he was an Analyst in the Leveraged Acquisition Finance Group at Bank of America, where he supported the execution of leveraged loan and high yield financings for large sponsored transactions.
